Associate Researcher I - Hematology & Medical Oncology

**Job Description**

An Associate Researcher I position is currently available within the laboratory of Dr. Ginzburg within the Tisch Cancer Center, division of Hematology/Medical Oncology. The laboratory focuses on understanding the mechanisms by which iron metabolism and regulator therein contribute to pathophysiology in a variety of malignant and non-malignant conditions. Using a strong combination of mouse models, primary patient samples, and cell lines when needed, microscopy techniques (RNAScope, confocal and FRET microscopy), cutting edge high-throughput tools, flow cytometry, as well as molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, we are able to dissect mechanisms thereof.
