Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to manage a portfolio of fund management clients to provide them compliance solutions and services
- Provide compliance advisory services such as license applications, compliance program support, regulatory reporting etc
- Handle compliance assignments and ensure completion that meet clients’ timelines and quality standards
- Assist in drafting and reviewing proposals and letters of engagement to clients
- Keep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and industry updates
- Other ad-hoc compliance duties as necessary
