What You'll Do
Manage and execute customer email campaigns and digital engagement programs.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives.Maintain campaign documentation, content libraries, and workflows.Help deliver engaging digital experiences that drive customer adoption and retention.What We're Looking For
