The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications to effectively teach students in this field. The candidate needs a minimum of 10 years professional experience in the field of construction management. The candidate should have experience in project management, estimating, building codes and inspection.
