Experience - 9+ yearsStrong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and IntegrationsHands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrationsExperience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practicesExperience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledgeServiceNow SPM certification is mandatoryStrong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modulesAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testingHands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJSStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a global delivery environment...
