Responsibilities
Support portfolio construction and implementation for the global EMD team, focused on Asian local markets across rates, bonds and FXPrepare orders and execute trades on a timely basis across electronic and voice platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Tradeweb, FXAll), in line with best execution and portfolio/regulatory guidelinesMonitor portfolio exposures, performance and underlying risks (duration, curve, FX, liquidity), and recommend adjustments to senior PMsIndependently research interest rate and currency drivers across the region, and provide fundamental, valuation and technical intelligence to senior PMs and analystsAnalyze and improve global trading processes and promote best practices across the deskLiaise with middle-office and operations to ensure smooth workflow, and support counterparty onboarding and account opening as neededDevelop and maintain relationships with sell-side trading a...
