The Associate Operations Director plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Operations Director requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Operations Director develops and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and operating procedures for the clinic and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

+ 5+ years of management experience in clinical care or related field, with experience driving results in a full-risk VBC environment.
