• Local Shares
• Monitor Bursa Malaysia announcements daily to identify corporate actions that need to be executed (right issue, bonus issues, share consolidation, Dividend Reimbursement Plan, general offer).
• Process local dividend payment.
• Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders and prepare for necessary submissions related to corporate actions.
• Coordinate on submission of tax voucher and any replacement of tax voucher from Registrar.
• Foreign Shares
• Monitor foreign announcements daily for processing of corporate actions.
• Process foreign dividend payment.
• Communicate closely with relevant stakeholders and prepare for necessary submissions related to corporate actions.

Reporting & Other Services

• Periodic regulators / internal submission for both local and foreign shares.
