Who You Are
The Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing extensive service to most commonly encountered products and problems without assistance. An intermediate-level position requiring broad technical knowledge with the regular application of advanced engineering principles, practices and techniques.
Reporting to our Auburn, WA office, the Associate Field Service Engineer will provide support to customers in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming states with on-site repair, troubleshooting and /or maintenance services for CNC’s and related system peripheral equipment.
How It's Done
+ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for CNCs, servo, spindle drive and motor products. Investigate customer complaints and perform analysis to determine the cause(s). Operate with consistent support of Supervisor/Manager
