Associate Mechanical Project Manager – Data Centres

Responsibilities

• Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
• Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Assist the client and the client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all owner-direct vendors and consultants.
• Manage the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground.
• Coordinate Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase.
• Work with the client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking.
