Associate, Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T)

As an Associate, MS&T (Process Control), you will provide support and lead in process control, process and product improvements based on parameter monitoring, lead yield improvement projects, and support major investigations for customers' complaints and NCR cases.

• Technical support for implementation of new innovative manufacturing technologies, including developing a systematic approach for new equipment requirements.
• Maintain oversight of end-to-end process performance based on parameter monitoring, ensuring on-time process execution, continuous improvement in quality and efficiency, and compliance with SOPs, guidelines and norms.
• Ongoing intra‑batch and inter‑batch monitoring and tracking of other process‑related metrics.
• Collect, track, analyze and report on process metrics for continuous monitoring.
