About the role
The Associate Manager, SCM – Business Excellence: Data & Process Transformation will lead the supply chain transformation agenda across Productivity (Cost Savings), Master Data, Working Capital, and Resiliency initiatives. This role demands deep experience in supply chain operations, strong people leadership, and the ability to execute high-impact programs that drive measurable business value.
The Manager will own strategy, design, and execution of supply chain data and process transformation initiatives spanning procurement, sourcing, and category management, with direct accountability for portfolio delivery across global sites and stakeholders. The role includes managing a team of specialists/analysts, leading cross-functional programs, and partnering with global supply chain, finance, and operations leaders to deliver scalable, digitally enabled business solutions.
