Associate Manager, Social Governance & IR/ER

Ansell is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Social Governance, Implementation, and Advisory activities. You will collaborate with Plant HR, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure labor standards compliance across all categories, including suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in social governance or IR/ER leadership, along with strong stakeholder management and data analytics capabilities.
