Associate Manager, Production (1st Shift M-T 6:00AM – 4:30PM)

This **On-site, 1st Shift** position will be responsible for the daily management and performance of the team in the areas of quality, productivity, production planning, WIP Management, engagement, and new product implementation.

**What You Will Do**

+ Lead 1st shift manufacturing operations (machining, processing, secondary ops, patient-specific production) to achieve quality, delivery, and productivity targets
+ Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and packaging requirements; drive corrective improvements as needed
+ Execute Daily Management and Tier meetings; track performance and drive accountability to metrics
+ Plan staffing and manage labor (including overtime) to meet production demands
+ Drive continuous improvement using A3, 6S, and Leader Standard Work (LSW)
+ Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance, behavior, and engagement expectations
