We’re hiring an **Associate Manager, Marketing** **Campaigns** to support workforce-focused initiatives within the U.S. Department of Labor. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.
**The Work**
You will manage integrated communications and outreach activities from planning through execution and reporting. This includes applying market research and program data to inform campaign plans, coordinating multi-channel implementation across earned, owned, and paid media, and supporting strategic advertising placement.
The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
