Job DescriptionYour tasks- - Act as HRBP for one business vertically, supporting employee lifecycle management & recruitment.- Provide HR advisory and partner with leadership on workforce planning and engagement- Support hiring activities for the assigned division, including sourcing, campus hiring, and recruitment analytics- HRMS rollout projects- Drive workflow automation and validate data migration- Develop dashboards for Talent Acquisition, Attrition, Payroll cost, Diversity, Training effectiveness- Analyze induction feedback, Training Need Analysis (TNA), training effectiveness, and campus hiring metrics- Support Employee Connect programs, GPTW project coordination, and survey insights- Assist in compensation benchmarking and payroll validation reports- Prepare dashboards on exit trends, early attrition, and predictive risk reporting- Support workforce planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity analysis.- Partner with business leaders to provide data-backed inpu...
