HRIS Operations Support, Associate Manager

The HRIS Operations Support, Associate Manager is a key leadership role within the Global HRIS team, responsible for managing a team of Senior Associates who provide frontline support for SC Johnson’s HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow and other applications and tools. The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coach and enable others across multiple HRIS domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing HRIS support team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor case queues and performance metrics to ensure timely issue resolution, SLA compliance, and high client satisfaction.
