Job Summary:

Provides market, competitive and customer behavior analytics to inform digital strategy and performance. Partners closely with Digital, Marketing, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to deliver and interpret insights across digital channels (, fulfillment, app, web). Synthesizes complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth across traffic, conversion, engagement, and digital sales. Responsible for communicating back to the business groups to take action and presenting to all levels of management. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads day-to-day activities of a group of team members, ensuring timely completion and strategic soundness of decisions. May assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. May provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
