Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, The role focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by leading client workshops, designing system architectures, and managing full project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Senior consultants are expected to have 5+ years of experience  and deep expertise in multiple modules of Oracle Fusion HCM

Experience

8–10 years (Minimum 5+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion)

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to document business processes and functional requirements.
  • Perform Gap Analysis  to identify where standard Oracle functionality needs custom extensions or workarounds.
