Job Description
A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Must have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules. Configure, implement, and support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and ORC . Develop and maintain reports, integrations, extensions, and conversions using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs . Support system upgrades, patch testing, and quarterly Oracle release evaluations. Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues, working with Oracle Support where needed.
