Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for real estate development opportunities across multiple asset classes, with a primary focus on residential (purpose‑built rental and condominium) transactions across Canada and the United States.
• Produce detailed underwriting analyses to support the structuring of land acquisitions, investments, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct market research to develop investment theses and identify prospective sites for future development opportunities.
• Support debt financing activities, including engaging with lenders and assisting in the structuring and execution of financing strategies.
• Support equity capital raising efforts by engaging with investors and assisting in the structuring of partnership opportunities.
• Assist in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, and development management documentation.
