**Role Overview**

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join its Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York. The Associate will play a critical role in the execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions across the healthcare sector, working closely with senior bankers and product partners on complex, high‑impact mandates. The Healthcare group advises clients across healthcare services, health‑tech and digital health, medical technology, and life sciences & biopharma, providing a full suite of M&A and financing solutions.

+ Support the execution of buy‑side and sell‑side M&A, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory assignments within the healthcare sector
+ Build and review detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses (public comps, precedent transactions, DCF analysis), LBO models, and pro forma capitalization structures
