Associate III (Health Management)

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care for work-related and non-work-related illnesses/injuries.
• Perform first aid and emergency response for accidents and medical incidents.
• Maintain proper documentation of all treatments and cases.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage and general health education.
• Assess patient symptoms and dispense appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) medications in line with clinical guidelines.
• Follow up with patient who are on long medical leave/ serious illness and report any concerns promptly to senior nurses if any.
• Support the overall functioning of the clinic and participate in shift duties.
• To support workplace health promotion programs/ wellness initiatives and Occupational Health Surveillance programs.
