We're seeking an experienced Associate to join our Human Capital team!
The Associate-Human Capital (Payroll & HR Operations) supports end-to-end Human Capital operations with a primary focus on payroll administration, HR systems management, recruitment support, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role requires advanced MS Excel skills, hands‑on experience with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end‑to‑end payroll processing, including data collection, validation, allowances, deductions, overtime, and coordination with Finance and external payroll providers.
- Maintain, update, and monitor employee records within ERP and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, CV screening support, interview scheduling, and documentation.
