About the Job
As an Associate – Guest Operations, you will deliver exceptional guest service and support the day-to-day operations of Roxy Cinemas to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Support front‑of‑house operations including ticketing, ushering, and guest assistance
- Maintain crowd control and ensure a safe environment
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- Operate ticketing systems and manage cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support promotions, events, and cinema activities
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
- Assist with stock handling and general operational duties
