Associate General Counsel, Infrastructure Technology Transactions

**Summary:**
Meta seeks an experienced and motivated technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team supporting Meta Compute. In this role, you will serve as a strategic legal partner for complex commercial agreements that underpin the development and deployment of Meta's global data center infrastructure at scale, including AI compute, networks, and storage. You will work closely with Infrastructure, sourcing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, accounting and finance teams to structure, negotiate, and close high-value, technically complex transactions that enable Meta's platforms to serve billions of people worldwide.
