Associate Financial Analyst

The role will be responsible for supporting CEMEA Hub FPA Team during financial planning analysis and management of operating expenses and workforce planning. The key focus is on driving continuous improvement in financial processes systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Support ad hoc monthly quarterly yearly analysis and reports used by the Regional CFO Subregional teams and other various departments.
• Evaluate existing models reports and templates and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and efficiencies. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Work with the IT team to deliver and support the Subregional and Hub teams with regards to financial systems understand requirements and feedback from users and deliver enhancements across current work practices.
