Associate Equity Capital Markets 12 Months Winnipeg

Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management organization is looking for an Associate Equity Capital Markets to join them on a 12 month contract. The role will be working hybrid at their offices in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-brokered private placements, including subscription review, submission, communication, ticketing, and settlement
• Support brokered financings by coordinating with dealers, tracking orders, and helping complete transactions
• Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate transaction records, documentation, and pipeline tracking
• Perform daily inventory management and reconciliations in Dataphile and NIAD
• Assist with transaction execution and other team priorities as needed
