Associate Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres

Overview

• Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
• Managing the electrical packages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
• Working with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
• Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Supporting contract negotiations.
• Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground.
• Initiating close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance.

Requirements

• An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
