About the role:
The Associate Director/Director of Sales Operations focuses on supporting business objectives of revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, processes, and programs. Success results in strong sales performance built upon client retention, new business growth, improved seller productivity, and lowered attrition. Responsibilities include planning and development activities such as program design, process improvement, launching new sales technologies, and coaching and collaborating with Sellers and Partners across Gartner.
