The team specializes in analyzing complex, non‑traditional asset classes including Latin America cross‑border securitizations, solar ABS, triple net lease properties, data centers, time‑share, and whole‑business securitizations in the U.S. Following a recent reorganization that expanded our scope from U.S. esoteric markets to include Latin America, we foster a collaborative environment where analytical excellence meets innovative problem‑solving, supporting the growth of structured finance markets globally.

This Associate Director will drive the end‑to‑end rating process for complex securitizations in Latin America and esoteric ABS transactions in the U.S., influence capital market decisions, and lead efforts to improve analytical tools and streamline processes using AI‑driven enhancements and automation solutions.
