Job Summary

The Associate Director, Solutions Development provides senior technical leadership, implementation strategy, and strategic direction for the design, development, and evolution of DAE’s enterprise digital solutions. This role leads the delivery of custom application development, cloud native solution development, enterprise systems integration, API frameworks, and the modernization of legacy digital platforms supporting Development & Alumni Engagement (DAE). The Associate Director is responsible for defining and governing solution design practices and implementation frameworks across in‑house applications, CRM extensions, cloud applications, public facing websites, digital engagement platforms, online giving systems, and SaaS integrations.
