Associate Director, Software Engineering

This portfolio spans our customer-facing products (Cast.sg, Insurance Application, Regional Rewards) and our foundational backend systems (Open Platform). The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, strategic thinker, and exceptional people manager, capable of scaling teams, modernizing architecture, and driving execution across a complex multi-application environment.
