Responsibilities

• 1. Provide leadership in the execution and implementation of the Company’s mission and business goals developed and approved by the Board of Directors;
• 2. Oversee the business operation of the head office and other regional offices;
• 3. Assist the Board on budgeting, and the formulation and execution of strategic plans to achieve projected sales target;
• 4. To monitor and support the implementation of short-term and long-term new business development plan for head office and all the regional countries;
• 5. Monitor and direct the team in execution of strategic business development plan and promotion of product brands;
• 6. Regular meeting with sales team on monthly sales and projects’ progress update, and report sales projections to Head Office;
