You will ensure governance, compliance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The role sits in the EMEA Rewards Team and partners with HR and mobility to align reward with local laws and market norms. You will influence senior stakeholders and help drive a fair and competitive employee experience. This is a strategic opportunity to shape pay structures across multiple countries and cultures.
