Associate Director - Resilience (FTC)

Job Summary

The post-holder is responsible for implementing and managing CWG’s resilience programme to enhance the resilience of both the Canary Wharf Estate and Canary Wharf Group. The role ensures the estate remains secure, accessible, and able to recover quickly from disruption or incident, and that the company is protected, prepared for, and able to withstand and adapt to disruptive events. This is a 14‑month fixed‑term contract with a salary of up to £95,000. The position is primarily office‑based, with one day per week working from home.

• Maintain CWG’s ISO 22301 certification and oversee the internal audit programme.
• Review and update the Business Impact Analysis programme and Business Continuity Plans.
