Associate Director, Real Estate

What is the opportunity?

As an Associate Director, Real Estate Markets Finance, you will be supporting Directors in the Real Estate Markets (“REM”) group by underwriting new loan requests, completing annual reviews and loan amendments, as well as other credit‑related functions. The successful individual will be a trusted strategic advisor who collaborates with internal and external partners to support clients’ credit relationships.

What will you do?

• Provide Directors with specific deal support for bilateral and syndicate loans, including proforma and budget analysis, cash flow analysis, financial statement review, market analysis and credit writing.
• Work with Directors to help structure competitively tailored credit solutions, managing transactions from credit writing to risk approval to the funding stage.
