Associate Director, Program Management

**The Opportunity:**

Reporting to the Director, Innovation Evaluation, as the **Associate Director, Program Management** , you will overall responsibility for leading an integrated set of projects including initiating, defining, planning, implementing and closing out assigned projects. You will be responsibie for ensuring that the overall project structure and management processes enable the component teams to successfully complete their work and that the components’ deliverables can be integrated into the overall product, service, results and/or benefits. You will have the authority and responsibility for leading and directing highly complex, global, cross-functional high value projects.
