Job Description
- Oversee the strategic direction and operational management of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting facilities, and in-room dining services
- Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with Fairmont's brand standards and the property's business objectives
- Manage P&L responsibilities for all F&B departments, ensuring profitability whilst maintaining exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management team and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards and local regulatory requirements
