Associate Director National Executive Programs (Castro Urdiales)

At IESE Business School, we are looking to incorporate an Associate Director for the National Executive Programs area in Madrid, a key role within one of the most internationally recognized business schools.

This is a high-impact role that combines business development, senior stakeholder relationship management, and executive program operations, within one of the world’s leading business schools.

Role purpose

The Associate Director will be responsible for driving the growth of National Executive Education Programs, building and nurturing long‑term relationships with senior executives, corporate clients, and alumni, from first contact through admission and beyond. The role blends a strong commercial focus with full responsibility for the participant journey and program delivery experience.
