Syneos Health is looking for an experienced Search Associate Director. The Search Associate Director is a role within the integrated media team responsible for planning and executing advanced search strategy. The Search Associate Director will lead and mentor a team of search and biddable media specialists. The ideal candidate will exhibit proven success managing complex search programs (SEM + SEO) within the pharma/healthcare space while exhibiting a working knowledge of other media programs to better understand the role that search plays within the larger media landscape. This position plays an important role in building trust and expertise with our clients and the ideal candidate will excel at relaying complex search topics in a way that is understandable for someone with no search experience.
