Role
Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate finance engagements, delivering high-quality advice and transaction support whilst managing junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates from commencement to completion.
+ Lead due diligence assignments and detailed financial reviews.
+ Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports.
+ Support debt and equity fundraising activities.
+ Develop and review financial models and forecasting analyses.
+ Manage project timetables, workstreams and deliverables.
+ Coordinate advisers including legal, tax, banking and other professionals.
+ Present findings and recommendations to clients.
+ Develop and mentor Executives and Assistant Managers.
+ Support business development and proposal preparation.
