Gartner is currently seeking an Associate Director Legal Counsel to lead commercial support for our Gulf region drafting and negotiating various types of contracts and commercial agreements including framework and main service agreements service orders and statements of work non-disclosure agreements etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Read analyze assess and communicate guidance related to framework and main service agreements service orders and statements of work non-disclosure agreements etc.

• Review negotiate as needed and ultimately approve Contracts Purchase Orders and Modifications

• Answer inquiries from and propose problem resolution for Accounts Receivables issues or similar

• Interface/dialog with clients (at sales request) to discuss potential solutions and/or further explain positions
