Associate Director – Inventory Management

About the Company We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Associate Director – Inventory Management to lead, standardize, and scale inventory operations across our national warehouse network. About the Role This role will be responsible for driving inventory accuracy, governance, controls, audit compliance, and process excellence across Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, and traded inventory. Responsibilities Lead inventory management across all warehouse locations.Own inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and variance management. Drive GRN, Putaway, Bin Management, Stock Transfers, Picking, Dispatch, Returns, RTV and Inventory Adjustments. Ensure 100% system adherence across SAP HANA and WMS. Lead Cycle Counts, Stock Counts and Wall-to-Wall Audits. Drive inventory optimization through DOI, ageing and stock turn monitoring.
