What is the opportunity?Group Risk Management – Commercial & Wholesale Credit focuses on risk assessment and adjudication of Capital Markets, Corporate Client Group, and Commercial transactions across the globe.As Associate Director covering SMUSH* borrowers, and the Forestry and Chemical industries, your experience with financial analysis and credit and ability to quickly determine what’s relevant and what’s not will set the stage for success. *(Sub-sovereigns, municipalities, universities, schools, and hospitals)What will you do?

Work closely with the business at early stages on the risk aspects of any new transaction under consideration and provide direction and guidance as required to ensure the eventual deal structure adequately mitigates key risk concerns
