Salary Range $140,000 - $165,000 + 10 % annual bonus + Benefits
The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Director, Customer Solutions to serve as a clinical operations expert during the business development and proposal process. This US-focused role will help prospective clients determine how best to run their medical device clinical studies and how Avania can support them.
You will work closely with Business Development, budgeting and proposal colleagues, clinical operations, and subject matter experts across the organization. The role is primarily focused on opportunities before contract award, with occasional involvement in operational handoffs and consultation after a project is won.
