• System processing of Claims (new loss, update status, payment) as per agreed KPI in Workday and Claims Manual
• Specialization in at least 2 classes of business and develop secondary technical skills in other classes of business
• Analyze and review coverage issues and flag important reinsurance conditions to client
• Perform claims advocacy role on all lines of business pertaining to contentious, complex and high‑profile losses
• Record and share claim success stories with brokers and RFP team
