What You’ll Do
:
Execute delegated first-line supervision and oversight responsibilities in accordance with regulatory expectations, internal policies, and established control frameworks; Support the execution of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) to evidence active and ongoing supervision within the business; Promote a strong supervision culture and adherence to conduct standards across the front office by providing advisory support and developing training and guidance, as appropriate; Maintain alignment with global control frameworks while ensuring regional applicability and compliance with local regulations and industry best practices; Maintain a strong understanding of local regulations and industry best practices applicable to assigned GBM businesses; Works with the business to conduct and document impact analysis and gap assessments, and create implementation plans for regulatory changes; Partner closely...
