Data Management and Accuracy
- Executing data entry task for Corporate Solution (CS) and Individual Life (IL) claims in accordance with established procedures and timelines, ensuring completeness and consistency of all submitted information.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks and quality assurance metrics.
Regulatory Compliance and Confidentiality
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in handling sensitive customer and claims data.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection throughout all data entry processes.
Ad Hoc Assignments
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support dynamic business needs and operational goals.
