Description We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to support insurance-related litigation matters in a contract opportunity with potential for a longer-term arrangement based in Dallas, Texas. This role is well suited for a Texas-licensed attorney who can work independently on substantive legal assignments and contribute quickly in a remote or hybrid environment. The position focuses on insurance coverage and defense work, with an initial project-based workload and the potential to transition into a longer-term arrangement.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with minimal oversight while maintaining strong legal accuracy and organization.
• Analyze insurance coverage issues involving first-party and third-party claims and develop clear legal positions based on policy language and applicable law.
